Channel Support Administrator (Reading)

The role involves:

· Processing orders
· Working to strict deadlines/targets
· Liaising with lots of other teams around the business to ensure that customers are kept in the loop and updated about their orders and that the best all round service is being delivered.
· Liaising directly with customers- Providing support/assistance over the phone
· Maintaining service records

We are looking for…
· Previous Admin experience
· Keen eye for detail
· Customer service/telephone experience
